Our collection of townhouses nestled in the trendy Adams-Morgan district offer a distinctive selection of guest rooms. Our daily Continental Breakfast is served in our Main 1854 Mintwood Place Townhouse. The Guest Houses feature unique floor plans and decor in every unit. You can choose from:
Shared Bath units with Sinks:
With a choice of either a queen, double or 2 twin beds, our shared bath units offer rooms with a private sink in each room. The units shared shower and toilet facilities within the floor of their townhouse.
Shared Bath Units without Sinks:
Similar to the rooms above, these units share all bath facilities and do not have a private sink in each room. These rooms are set up to accommodate no more than three guest rooms per bathroom.
Rooms with Private Baths:
Bed choices include a queen, double or two twin beds each with a private bathroom.
Junior Suites:
Our Junior Suites offer individual layouts with private baths, television and telephone in on Townhouse 1859. Availability is limited on these units, so please contact our Innkeepers to reserve these popular units today.
Television and Phone Services:
With the exception of the units in our 1859 Townhouse, there are no televisions or telephones in each individual guest room. Guests may relax in one of our public parlors in the Main building (1854 Mintwood) or in building 1859 and enjoy television services in these Parlors.
