RESERVATION CANCELLATION:
Reservations may be cancelled without penalty up to 72 hours prior to arrival. If the reservation is cancelled within the 72 hour period, the credit card on file will be charged for the first night room and taxes, or the advance deposit being held will be applied to the first nightÕs room and taxes.

Classics Club members are given a 24 cancellation period prior to arrival to avoid charges being placed on their account.

Please be sure to note the location selected for your stay. The Kalorama Guest House has two locations for registration, based on your selection of our Woodley Park or the Adams-Morgan/Kalorama Park location.

At Adams-Morgan: 1854 Mintwood Place, NW
Monday and Tuesday: 8:30AM Ð 8:00 PM
Wednesday through Sunday: 8:30 AM Ð 10:00 PM

At Woodley Park: 2700 Cathedral Avenue, NW
Open daily: 8:30 AM Ð 7:00 PM

*After hours registrations require advance notice to make appropriate arrangements as the buildings are secure access.

CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST:
Both locations offer a Deluxe Continental Breakfast each day. Guests will enjoy a variety of breads, fruit, yogurt, orange juice, hot and cold cereals and fresh brewed coffee and teas.

Hours are:
Monday through Friday: 7:30 AM Ð 10:30 AM
Saturday and Sunday: 8:00 AM Ð 11:00 AM

AFTERNOON REFRESHMENTS:
In keeping with the true theme of a guest house, our innkeepers invite you for cookies and lemonade in the afternoons, and perhaps a sherry to unwind in the parlor in the evenings.

CHILDREN:
Due to the nature of the inn and the size and bed types in the guest rooms, we respectfully limit children at the inn to ages 6 and older. No rollaways or cribs are available at either inn location. We will make commendation based on availability and as rooms are available with the appropriate number beds.

PETS:
Not accepted.

TAXES:
All room rates charged are subject to all applicable sales and local taxes, currently 14.5%

PARKING:
Parking is limited at both the Adams-Morgan and Woodley Park locations. Street parking is also limited and timed at a maximum of 2 hours. Parking is closely monitored. Parking in one of our inn spaces requires reservation at the time of booking and can accommodate only standard and compact cars, not vans or SUV vehicles. The cost is $15 per day, plus applicable parking taxes of 12%. When no on site spaces are available, we can recommend the following parking garage locations.

For Adams-Morgan Location:
Washington Hilton Garage, off 19th Street, cost is $24.00 per day
18th Street Parking Garage, off 18th Street, cost is $28.00 per day

For the Woodley Park Location:
Marriott Wardman Park Garage, 1.5 blocks south of the inn off 27th Street, cost is $25.00 per day

ELEVATORS:
The Kalorama Guest House does not have elevators in any of its town homes.

TELEVISIONS:
Ask your innkeeper about the rooms with televisions, as there only a limited number of guest rooms with a television. You can catch up on the news and events or view a favorite show in one of the parlors equipped with a television for the guests.

TELEPHONE SERVICES:
The Kalorama Guest House offers a unique alternative to a traditional hotel and as such, there are no in-room telephones at the inn (Our only exception is in the guest units of our 1859 building on Mintwood Place)

Local calls may be made from our parlors at either location, and we suggest the use of calling cards for international and long distance services.

Guest messages are always taken and are available from your innkeeper during normal registration hours in the main parlor at each location.

After hours calls are answered by an answering service. Should there be an emergency, the service will notify the innkeeper who will personally contact you.

OTHER GUEST SERVICES:

• Guest Laundry Services are available on site
• Iron and Ironing Boards are available for guest use, though not in each guest room
• Food storage for guests is available in a shared refrigerator and a microwave is also available
• Wireless high speed internet service is available in the main parlor of both the Adams-Morgan and Woodley Park locations
